Premier Care is designed for homeowners who want Palmer Irrigation to take a proactive role in caring for their irrigation system throughout the year.

Why Do I Need a Soil Assessment?

Because every property is different.

During your winterization appointment, we'll collect a basic soil sample to better understand how your property retains and drains water.

We'll include our findings and personalized irrigation recommendations in your system report. This will help us start up your system in the spring with a better understanding of your landscape and water usage needs. 

If we identify opportunities to improve your system, we'll review them with you ahead of your spring visit.

Any recommended improvements are always optional and quoted in advance.
