Why We Include a Soil Assessment

Every property is different.

During your winterization appointment, we'll collect a basic soil sample to better understand how your property retains and drains water. We'll include our findings and personalized irrigation recommendations in your system report so your spring startup begins with a plan tailored to your landscape.

If we identify opportunities to improve your system, we'll review them with you during your spring startup. Any recommended improvements are always optional and quoted in advance.
